Dan Epstein

Dan Epstein has 35 years of experience working in sustainable development and has helped major development projects including the London 2012 Olympics go green. He has supported local and national government develop green housing and development policies, and led major energy, water and waste programmes.

Tom Campbell

Tom Campbell has a background in cultural policy, regeneration and urban planning. He is experienced in securing private and public funding for cultural and community initiatives and is a founder of the annual Hackney Shorts film festival.

Steve Epstein

Steve Epstein is the founder of Ebcobuild, a local and award-winning sustainable building company. Established in 1990, Ebcobuild works primarily with Georgian and Victorian properties in North London. It is a member of the AECB (the Sustainable Building Association), The Green Register and is FMB registered. In 2014 Steve picked up a RIBA for The Lens House with the architect Alison Brookes and also the prize for extension of the year from Grand Designs. Ebcobuild also won most sustainable builder of the year for the London region awarded by The Federation Of Master Builders.

Fran Alagiah

Fran Alagiah is a local resident who has lived in Stoke Newington since 1988. She most recently worked as Head of Fundraising at the Fairtrade Foundation where she was responsible for many successful bids to major funders, some of which changed the course of Fairtrade and delivered the producer-led model that is the hallmark of Fairtrade today.
